About Us
The Brighton Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) is a trusted and proactive network dedicated to making Brighton & Hove a safer place to live, work, and visit. Bringing together local businesses, Sussex Police, the city council, and community partners, we work collaboratively to tackle crime, anti-social behavior, and safety concerns across the city.
With over 500 members, we provide real-time intelligence sharing, direct support, and initiatives that protect businesses, residents, and visitors. From reducing shoplifting and alcohol-related disorder to addressing emerging issues like youth anti-social behavior and vulnerability in the night-time economy, we take a strategic and community-focused approach. Our work isn’t just about responding to crime—it’s about preventing it, creating a safer environment for everyone.
