Your Voice: Night-time economy in Brighton & Hove

Brighton and Hove Council is reviewing the Licensing Policy for the city and they want to hear your thoughts on the Night-Time Economy to help shape the future of the policy.

The licensing authority, regularly review the statement of licensing policy. This policy plays an important role in making sure the licensing system is fair and effective.

The night-time economy includes businesses that make up the city's nightlife, such as pubs, clubs, theatres, cinemas, live music venues and restaurants.

Your feedback will help the council shape the updated policy for 2026.
