The Brighton Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) has played an integral role in shaping the safety of Brighton’s night-time economy, focusing on crime prevention, vulnerability protection, and collaboration with key local stakeholders.

Shoplifting and anti-social behaviour (ASB) are persistent challenges for businesses across the UK, impacting retail staff, customers, and the wider community. In Brighton, we take a proactive and collaborative approach to addressing these issues, ensuring businesses are supported, offenders are held accountable, and our city remains a safe place to work and shop.

The National Association of Business Crime Partnerships have announced the first ever National Awareness Week for Business Crime Reduction Partnerships to take place throughout the week of 17th March 2025.
